About Me
For almost 20 years, she has provided outstanding levels of care during her time at the University Hospital of the West Indies, the premier hospital of the Caribbean, and now throughout her private offices in Kingston and May Pen. Major surgeries and in-patient services are provided at St. Andrews Memorial (Kingston) and outpatient care/minor surgeries are provided at each office.
Dr. Carey is a distinguished orator on women’s health issues and a passionate advocate of promoting women's issues and female empowerment.
“Some women, when they visit their OB/GYN, they spend 5 minutes, and then they are out the door! The care of women requires much more time than that! There is the medical, but also the psychological, social, and family/relationship context. Women need that time to be properly cared for …and I am happy to say, they get that with me”.
